Job summary

Hyper Kidz is seeking a General Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the facility. The role focuses on running a safe, clean, and fun environment while achieving budget and sales goals.

The candidate will lead the team, manage schedules, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with safety and financial policies. Nights and weekends availability is required to meet guest demand and company targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a service-focused operation (retail/entertainment preferred).
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, and discipline staff when needed.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and payroll reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and promote the daily schedule of employees and the business as needed.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coordinate, and discipline employees as needed.
• Create and maintain budgets and coordinate with and report to Owners of the company.
• Ensure that professional records are kept in the event of guest service deficiencies, complaints, incidents, or accidents.
• Supervise the Hyper Kidz team to meet store and corporate objectives.
• Ensure staff levels reflect guest occupancy requirements.
• Communicate daily with owners and report on operations and finances.
• Balance and reconcile payroll data; deposit and report taxes; calculate reimbursements and bonuses.
• Review financial performance against projections and take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
