Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Charlotte, NC seeks a high-impact General Manager to lead the team and drive business results. You will own spa performance, cultivate a winning culture, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while delivering revenue and profitability growth.

You will recruit and develop a strong team, manage daily operations, monitor KPIs, and lead local marketing initiatives to maximize memberships and service utilization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.

Lead the Business
