Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Asheville is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business at our Asheville location.

You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that delivers outstanding guest experiences, drives sales, memberships, and profitability in a fast-paced, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.

This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Lead the Business

• Spa operations and overall performance
• Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability
