Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – CONCORD is seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business. You’ll own spa performance, build a culture of accountability, and drive guest experience, sales, and profitability.

You’ll recruit, coach, and develop a world class team, optimize scheduling, and execute local marketing while using KPIs and P&L ownership to deliver growth across the concord location.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).

This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Lead the Business
