Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC seeks a General Manager to lead Charley's Steakhouse inside a busy travel center in Lamar, CO. You will direct all restaurant operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and P&L management, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in restaurant leadership, strong communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management experience (quick service preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer and POS systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full restaurant operation, including scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and P&L oversight.
• Foster a positive, motivating work environment and develop team members.
• Ensure high standards of quality, service and cleanliness; respond promptly to guest concerns.
• Oversee daily operations, health and safety compliance, and cash handling procedures.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, and other controllables to meet targets.
