Job summary

ModWash is seeking a General Manager for our Mobile site who will act as the CEO of the location, accountable for profitability, guest experience, and team performance. You will lead hiring, training, and coaching to develop a high-performing crew while maintaining brand standards and community presence.

The GM will own daily operations, control costs, optimize labor, and drive membership growth, ensuring safety, policy compliance, and a positive culture across shifts.

Qualifications

• Train to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Manage chemical inventory, scheduling, labor costs and equipment functionality.
• Perform disciplinary actions, scheduling and life cycle recruiting.

• Ensure safety, security and policy compliance across the site.
• Lead with a sales mindset to enhance guest experience.
• Participate in hiring and training of hourly team members.
• Conduct timely performance evaluations and termination handling when needed.

Responsibilities
