We’re looking for a driven and hospitality-focused General Manager to lead one of our premier locations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and retaining top team members and managers.
  • Driving sales and profitability through various management strategies.
  • Maintaining an upscale, organized environment aligned with brand standards.
  • Overseeing scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations.
  • Resolving guest concerns professionally to foster loyalty.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborating with culinary teams to meet food quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of GM experience in upscale or polished casual dining.
  • Proven leadership, team development, and P&L management skills.
  • Strong operational and guest service knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with POS and management systems.
  • ServSafe and alcohol certifications preferred.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
