Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club Boston is seeking a General Manager responsible for driving sales, fitness operations, and overall club performance. You will lead a high-energy team, manage staffing and payroll, and ensure premier member experiences across assembly row and Boston locations.

The GM will execute end-to-end management with a focus on profitability, policy adherence, and outstanding customer service. Flexible hours include mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a managerial role supervising teams.
• Experience with trend reports or strong math/ratio skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task while managing clients and staff.
• Boxing experience encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly revenue targets through membership enrollment and retention, as well as class package, private training, equipment, and retail sales.
• Foster and maintain an engaged, high-performing team aligned with the mission, vision and values.
• Manage end-to-end employment and development – resourcing, scheduling, goals, and evaluations.
• Provide ongoing training to ensure staff are proficient in sales, operations, fitness and TITLE brand standards.
• Collaborate with Regional Leadership and Corporate to optimize lead generation, events, and new membership units.
• Cultivate a welcoming club culture delivering high member satisfaction and profitability.
• Oversee operations and payroll processes and maintain compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Monitor club appearance and ensure a clean, friendly environment.
• Meet/exceed TITLE key performance indicators through reports.

GENERAL MANAGER
TITLE Boxing Club Boston - Assembly Row | Newbury St | North Station
Position Overview
The General Manager (GM) executes all sales, fitness, and operation functions within TITLE Boxing Club. The GM provides exceptional member experience, a team environment, and ensures the club’s financial success. The GM is responsible for end-to-end management and development – focusing on effective and efficient resourcing, scheduling, club & team performance, goal setting, and providing exceptional customer service; through upholding the company policies as the ultimate brand ambassador.

Brand Standards & Responsibilities

• Hit monthly revenue targets through membership enrollment and retention, as well as class package, private training, equipment, and retail sales
• Foster and maintain an engaged, high-performing team that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and values
• Manage all end-to-end employment and development – through resourcing, scheduling, daily/weekly goals, and monthly/quarterly performance evaluations
• Facilitate and supervise ongoing training(s) to ensure all employees are proficient in club sales, operations, fitness, and TITLE brand standards + policies
• Meet and collaborate with Regional Leadership and Corporate - with ongoing communication to deliver E2E club sales funnel through prospect/lead generation, first-time visitors, marketing/events, and new membership units
• Cultivate an evergreen source of energy and community-focused club culture that delivers high member satisfaction and achieves maximum profitability
• Delegate, oversee and lead all club operations and member engagement
• Monitor club appearance, including a clean, friendly, and well-maintained environment
• Execute and oversee employee interviewing, training, scheduling, and payroll upon start
• Adhere to all operational policies and maintain responsibilities for compliance with State & Federal employment
• Meet/exceed TITLE key performance indicators for club metrics – through daily, weekly, and monthly reports

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5+ years in a managerial role - supervising, directing, and coaching teams
• Experience managing trend reports and/or demonstrated math analytical/ratio skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, manage clients (via call, text, email, and/or in-person) and team member concerns with approachable & welcoming energy
• Fitness enthusiast and boxing experience preferred; however, not a ‘knock-out’ qualification

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED
• College degree strongly preferred
• CPR and First Aid certified preferred
• Flexible hours, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

COMPENSATION & PERKS

• $60,000 - $70,000 salary + monthly bonus incentives
