Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years customer service experience with at least 1 year of management experience.
• Experience managing restaurant operations, including financials, labor, and inventory.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Own overall restaurant performance across sales, people, operations, and controllable profit.
• Manage the restaurant P&L, including revenue, labor, food cost, and reporting tools.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales goals, manage costs, and drive profitability.
• Monitor performance trends and address gaps and improve results.
• Lead by example by working in all areas of the restaurant and supporting the team during peak periods.
• Sustain brand standards and a guest-obsessed culture.
