Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a General Manager for its Einstein Bros. Bagels in Roeland Park, KS. The GM will oversee all store operations on a one-shift model, starting as early as 4am, with hours from 6am to 2pm, and no nights or evenings.

Training lasts five weeks, with bonuses tied to performance. Prior GM/AGM experience in a restaurant is preferred. Expected duties include opening, deposits, inventory, scheduling, and ensuring exceptional customer service while meeting food cost and labor

Qualifications

• 1–3 years GM or AGM experience in a restaurant setting.
• Willingness to be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations with a hands-on, ownership mindset.
• Open/close procedures including deposits and daily close.
• Ensure audit readiness and accurate catering/mobile/in-store order fulfillment.
• Drive customer satisfaction and achieve food cost and labor targets.
