Job summary

Salt & Straw is seeking a General Manager to own the full success of the shop, including people, operations, and guest experience. You’ll lead daily operations, hire and develop leaders, set clear expectations, and foster a culture of generosity and care.

You’ll use data to improve sales, labor, and guest satisfaction while partnering with district and cross-functional teams to ensure long-term shop success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail.
• Have led teams of 10+ people in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach, develop, and support others with clarity and care.
