Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager who will inspire the team and help Customers succeed while growing the business with integrity. The role requires strong knowledge of store and automotive systems, parts, and DIY support, with a focus on financial metrics and excellent service standards.

The General Manager will lead Professional and DIY customer initiatives, manage a team, and ensure inventory and operations meet high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; business degree preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships/sales with accountability for team execution.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and manage engagement of store Team Members.
