Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Ability to use computers, online tools, and documentation systems
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members — including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and bank deposits.
• Complete paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records.
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Report workers’ compensation claims.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the District Manager.
