Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Asheville seeks a high-impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business. You will drive spa performance, manage memberships and profitability, and develop a culture of accountability and service excellence.

You will recruit and coach a talented team, optimize scheduling, and execute local marketing to grow revenue. This role requires 3–5 years of leadership, KPI experience, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – ASHEVILLE (1829 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC 28803) is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business.

This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Lead the Business
