This role involves overseeing dining operations for boarding and commuter students, managing a substantial catering budget, and providing high-level service in a dynamic environment. Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food ServiceGeneral Manager 5 for our Campus account at Weber State University located in Ogden, UT on the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains, on the western flank of the Rockies. The General Manager of Food Services will oversee Resident Dining with traditional Food On Demand for approximately 400 boarding students, and food retail formats for 23,000 commuter students, a high end Wild Cat Room with its own chef, over $1M in Catering and Concessions for Football stadium and indoor arena for Basketball and Volleyball.
