Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) Jiffy Lubeis currently hiring for a General Manager to oversee a single retail/automotive service location. You will guide daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding company standards.

The role requires staff development, KPI-driven budgeting, and strict OSHA/safety adherence. You’ll manage cash, inventory, and paperwork, and lead with emphasis on service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Minimum 1 year of retail service management experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift 50+ lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff performance, including disciplinary actions.
• Drive store financial performance, including sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and bank deposits.
• Complete required paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records.
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders.
