As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of store operations—supporting the General Manager, boosting performance, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Assist with inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule team members.
• Lead by example with J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.
• Create a positive guest experience and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Take ownership of operations when the GM is away.
