Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube is hiring a hands-on Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, drive sales results, and lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you love coaching people and solving problems, you’ll fit right in.

The AGM will oversee store operations, assist the GM, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure safety standards while modeling strong customer service. Fort Worth location welcomes qualified leaders seeking growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience (automotive, fast food, or retail).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store and maintaining a clean, safe, operational environment.
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures.
• Managing inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members.
• Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.
• Creating a positive guest experience and resolving concerns professionally.
• Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment

Requirements (What You Bring)

• Valid driver's license
• At least1 year of retail management experience(Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.)
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• Comfortable working in enclosed or semi‑outdoor environments
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
