Job summary

Carpe Diem Pizza, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Florida store with energy and integrity. You will recruit, train and coach team members, uphold safety and quality standards, manage inventory and food costs, control labor and drive performance goals.

You will also handle timely paperwork, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain a fun, professional work environment while mentoring franchisees of tomorrow in a fast-growing Domino's ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Outstanding motivational skills and positive attitude.
• Strong leadership and problems solving skills.
• Ability to empower team members.
