Five Guys Enterprises is seeking a restaurant leader in the Washington, DC area. The role emphasizes building a strong team culture, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial results with a focus on food quality and safety.

The starting pay for this position is $70,000 annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.

• Real work/life hours of operation. Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm. And no drive-thrus.
