Five Guys is seeking a restaurant leader to oversee shifts with a focus on cost control and staff engagement in Panama City, FL. You’ll drive a high-energy service culture, mentor teammates, and ensure an exceptional guest experience with a big smile.

Job description

The pay for this position is salaried, non-exempt and starts at $48,000/annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.

• Real work/life hours of operation. Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive-thrus.
