Job summary

Domino's Pizza Team BAM! in Farmington, NM seeks a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store, uphold standards, and support our crew.

You will own store operations, drive results, manage costs and safety, recruit and develop staff, and focus on customer service and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
