Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage costs, inventory, food quality, image standards, and the safety of staff and customers.

You will recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, oversee P&L, labor, and food costs, and ensure accountability through strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
