Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Longview, TX is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run the store, ensure top customer service, and support a high-performing team.

You will oversee store operations, drive sales and profits, manage food safety, labor and costs, and mentor staff. Experience in fast food management and P&L familiarity are preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or similar position.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
