Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold brand standards, manage expenses, and drive customer satisfaction. You will recruit and develop team members, ensure food safety and P&L accountability, and coach staff to deliver fast, friendly service while growing sales.

This role requires prior management or related experience, strong customer service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)

• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
