Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Gallup, NM is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive results, and ensure exceptional customer service while supporting and developing the team.

You will oversee cost controls, inventory, food safety, staffing, and training to maintain store image standards and operational excellence, with a focus on sales growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.

• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
