Assistant Manager – Domino's Pizza

Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers who bring strong leadership skills and a passion for service. The role requires judgment, basic math, multitasking, and the ability to set a positive example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations during the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash management, and customer relations.
• Set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store presentation, and standards adherence.
• Deliver great customer service and ensure attendance punctuality.
• Provide transportation to/from work, maintain store cleanliness, and support marketing and profitability initiatives.
• Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, and maintain inventory records.
• Train new team members and conduct orientation.
• Use a computer or touchscreen to enter orders and navigate delivery routes.
• Handle changing weather conditions, temperature variations, and safe handling of hot equipment.

Qualifications
