Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will manage team members, uphold food safety standards, and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment while meeting sales and profitability targets. The role emphasizes leadership by example, accountability, and collaboration with staff to achieve common goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
