Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a General Manager to oversee a single store’s daily operations in Forest Grove, OR. You will provide leadership to drive profitability, uphold food safety, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise staff, manage costs, recruit and develop multiple employees, and promote team safety while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive workplace and strong customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred
