Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and team performance. You will drive sales, maintain quality standards, and manage costs and safety across the store environment.

The role requires prior management or similar experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to lead by example while managing P&L, food cost, and labor to achieve store goals.

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)

• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
