Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will manage staff, control costs, uphold food safety standards, and maintain image and cleanliness to deliver a top-tier guest experience. The role requires prior management experience, strong customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lead by example.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
