Domino's Team BAM! seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and ensure peak customer service. You will oversee food safety, staff development, and daily store performance while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has prior management or leadership experience in quick service, with a focus on accountability, problem-solving, and team coordination to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or similar is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
