Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently, serve customers, and support the team. You will oversee operations, drive sales, manage cost controls, and ensure food safety and image standards.

You will recruit, develop and retain staff, model accountability, and deliver best-in-class customer service while achieving P&L targets and labor optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• High School education or equivalent (required).

• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent

• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
