Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead our store operations with a focus on customer service, quality food, and team development.

You will drive results through cost controls, inventory management, and adherence to safety and image standards while fostering a productive work environment. Ideal candidates have management or supervisory experience in fast‑food or quick service restaurants, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of improving store

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
