Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager to run our store efficiently, care for customers, and support team members. You will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, financial performance, and guest experience.

Qualifications include prior management experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with fast food environments. A valid driver’s license and a High School diploma or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of prior management experience in a food service or retail operation.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain accountability within a team.
• Experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, drive results, and manage costs, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, develop, and retain store staff while promoting a positive culture.
• Ensure food safety and team member safety compliance across shifts.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and address customer concerns.
• Strive to increase sales and profit potentials for the store.
