Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run the store efficiently, care for customers, and support team members.

You will oversee operations, staff development, food safety, and drive sales while maintaining high standards and cost controls. This role requires accountability, strong communication, and a people-first leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or similar is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
