Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, improve customer service, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership to coach a team and ensure high standards across all areas of the business.

You will oversee daily operations, uphold food safety, manage costs, and deliver results while maintaining a positive customer experience. The position emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and strategic planning to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
