Job summary

Domino's Kilgore on N Henderson Blvd is seeking a General Manager to lead the store, drive results, and ensure premier customer service. You will oversee operations, staffing, safety, and brand standards.

The role requires proven restaurant leadership, a valid driver's license, and ability to manage P&L, food cost, and labor. You will recruit, train, and motivate a team to deliver fast, accurate service and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
