Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently, take care of customers, and support our team members.

You will oversee store operations, drive results, recruit and develop staff, ensure food safety and quality, and provide best-in-class service while growing sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
