Domino's Team BAM! in Texas is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store, delight customers, and support our team.

You will oversee operations, drive sales and profits, recruit and develop staff, ensure food safety, and maintain image standards, attendance, and punctuality. The role emphasizes strong leadership, accountability, cost controls, and delivering Best in Class service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
