Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager to lead store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and develop a high-performing team in Gallup, NM. The GM will oversee cost controls, inventory, food quality, image standards, and safety while driving attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, maintaining food safety, and maximizing sales and profitability. A valid driver’s license and prior management/leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or similar leadership position.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in fast food/quick service is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)


• Customer Service experience (required)
