Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Albuquerque is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, ensure quality standards, and drive store performance.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory and costs, uphold food safety, and deliver best-in-class customer service while pursuing sales growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and accountability across a hands-on team.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
