Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills to run our store efficiently, take care of our customers, and support our team members.

You will manage store operations and drive results, including cost controls, inventory, food quality, and image standards, while ensuring store cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality. This role also focuses on recruiting and developing staff, managing food safety and team member safety, and delivering

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
• Customer Service experience.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
