Job summary

Domino's is seeking a General Manager for the location at 15355 E. Colfax Ave. This full-time role is responsible for all store results, driving food, labor and service goals, and ensuring adherence to Domino's standards.

You will manage budgets, staffing, training, safety, and maintenance, and implement new products smoothly. Expect a 50-hour week, one day off, and monthly P&L reviews with your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day.
• Insuring all stores meet or exceed minimum safety and Domino’s standards.
• Insure all stores are staffed and training of all team members.
• Repair and maintenance in all stores is maintained.
• For insuring all new products or ideas are implemented seamlessly.
• Insuring all stores run at a minimum 4 star level.
• Store budgets maintained and inventory checks performed each month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and customer service standards.
• Review P&L with supervisor monthly and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a 50-hour work week with one day off and one on-call day.
• Lead staffing, training and performance evaluations for all team members.
• Ensure maintenance and safety procedures are followed and equipment is functional.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure smooth rollout across stores.

• Insure all stores are staffed and training of all team members
• Repair and maintenance in all stores is maintained
• For insuring all new products or ideas are implemented seamlessly
• Insuring all stores run at a minimum 4 star level
• Self OER’s are performed 1st week of each period and that appropriate corrections are made
• Evaluations and raises are completed as needed and paperwork and D.O. notified
• Follow through of all assignments as well as insuring all reports and paperwork is turned in timely
• That all reports and paperwork at the store level is complete and accurate
• Knowing of all product and operational standards
• All safety and security procedures are followed and equipment is in working order
• Store Budgets Maintained
• All school lunches are prepared and delivered within standards needed by school
• Provide accurate and detailed accountability and insure paper trail exists
• All equipment is available and utilized correctly
• Inventory checks performed on each store each month
• Systems checklist and visit books utilized and in place and used
