Five Guys is seeking a strong restaurant leader to drive daily operations at our Columbia, MD location. The role offers a starting pay of $65,000 annually with eligibility for performance-based bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth as we expand across North America.

Description

The starting pay for this position is $65,000 annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.

• Real work/life hours of operation. Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm. And no drive-thrus.
