Five Guys in Charlotte, NC seeks a General Manager/Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive strong financial results. The starting pay is $62,500–$67,500 annually, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, maintain food safety standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding Five Guys’ values and culture.

The starting pay for this position is $62,500-$67,500 annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.
