Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a General Manager in Wisconsin–Madison to lead restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction and financial results. You will model the Five Guys culture, coach a team, and ensure top quality service and food.

We offer real work/life hours (most locations open 11:00 am–10:00 pm) and no drive-thrus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, 401(k) with match, EAP, and relief fund. Family bonding leave up to 12 weeks is available to GMs and Asst GMs.

The starting pay for this position is $62,000 to $72,000/annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.
