Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store crew.
• Set and enforce mandatory policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily cost, inventory and cash controls.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and paperwork.
• Oversee food management and store cleanliness.
• Ensure customer service excellence and handle Customer relations.
• Manage marketing activities and promotional efforts.
• Maintain a perfect store image and compliance with franchise standards.
• Attend to payroll, attendance, punctuality and transport logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong multitasking and judgment skills.
• Previous management experience is a plus.

Training & Development

All Assistant Managers will complete our Management Development Program, which provides comprehensive training, certification and opportunities for self‑paced learning and fast tracking.

Opportunities
