The ideal candidate will lead a hospitality team with an owner-operator mindset, manage the property's P&L, and implement rate strategies while ensuring top-tier guest experiences across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Proven executive or general management experience within resort, multi-amenity hospitality, marina, or RV/campground properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations across marina facilities, boat rentals, cottage accommodations, RV resort amenities, and event hosting.
• Take full ownership of the property's P&L, managing budgets, occupancy, rate strategies, labor, and margin optimizations to achieve annual financial targets.
• Lead, recruit, and mentor property staff to cultivate a strong, guest-first culture across all operational departments.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, utilizing property management and reservation systems to monitor performance and maintain positive guest relations.
• Oversee site maintenance, vendor relationships, safety compliance, and seasonal readiness for all land and water facilities.
• Collaborate on targeted marketing initiatives to drive bookings, increase slip occupancy, and maximize event venue utilization throughout the year.

Compensation Package Details

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus Potential: Up to $20,000 based on net income and revenue performance metrics
