Job summary

Black Meadow Landing RV Resort in Lake Havasu City area is seeking a results-oriented General Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team, and drive company initiatives.

You will work closely with ownership to ensure exceptional guest experiences, strong financial discipline, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, with opportunities to shape the property's forward momentum.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management or resort operations experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Creative problem solving and motivation by challenges.
• General knowledge of property maintenance and basic accounting principles.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of housing and employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.
• Willingness to respond to resort emergencies during non-business hours.
• Previous sales and leasing experience preferred.

We’re seeking a General Manager who can provide steady leadership, support daily operations, develop the team, and execute company initiatives with consistency and accountability. This role works closely with ownership and company leadership, following established direction while ensuring the resort runs efficiently and meets performance goals. Success in this position requires strong operational skills, financial discipline, team oversight, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

JOB DUTIES

• Employee Leadership. Lead/develop employees into the highest and best versions of themselves.
• Public Relations. Respond to guest and resident inquiries. Handles and resolves guest and resident complaints. (Net Promoter Score)
• Budget. Work within an annual budget.
• Works with the marketing team to increase reservations and occupancy.
• Enforces resort rules, regulations and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years property management/resort experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $75,000-$80,000 Salary range (based on experience) with Bonus Potential
